Presenter Bio

Buck started his career as a financial advisor in 1998.  In 2004 he obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. As of 08/01/2020 Matrix Wealth Management oversees over $150 million in client assets.

Buck is a native Arizona resident and the oldest of five brothers and sisters.  He graduated with a degree in finance from Arizona State University and bleeds maroon and gold!  After eight years at a prestigious national brokerage firm Buck decided it was time to own his own business.  Matrix Wealth Management opened its doors in May of 2006 and strives to give clients a boutique, small office feel with the breadth of products that come with being associated with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC.  Buck's goal for the future is to enhance the principles of investment planning by a simple common sense approach toward our client's preservation of wealth.

Buck spends his time outside the office with his beautiful wife Sara and lovely daughters, Berkley, Harper and Hadley.  Ask him how one of his clients introduced him to Sara!  He also enjoys hunting, fishing, fantasy sports and jogging.  Buck and Sara give back to the community through a few non-profit organizations.  Buck was a founding member of East Valley Sol, a non-profit organization dedicated to impacting the lives of local cancer children through philanthropic efforts, volunteerism and leadership.  And for 24 years he has been running the scoring and communications for the Phoenix Thunderbirds and the local PGA golf event; which in 2019 raised over $15 million for local charities.
